Resort Rules
Speed Limit 5 MPH.
All day guest must register in the office and pay a daily fee of $5.00 per person. No charge for children under 12. No more than eight per site including day guest. All resort rules must be obeyed. Day guest must leave resort by 10 PM.
One self contained RV, no less than 25 ft in length and no more than 10 years old, per campsite.  No tents, vans, pick-up campers or pop-ups allowed.
Check-out is 12:00 noon. Check-in is 2:00 p.m.
Bikes and Golf carts must have headlights and reflectors if used at night. Bicycle and rollerblade on resort roadways ONLY.
Drivers of Golf Carts must have a driver’s license.
Sewer hose must have a threaded connection on the end when hooking to the sewer pipe.
Pets: Having pets in the resort is a privilege. Pet owners must secure a pet policy from the office and abide by all of the rules stated. Two pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Pets will not be allowed in or around the buildings, playground or pool area.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
NO disorderly conduct, offensive language, firearms or fireworks.
SMOKING is NOT permitted in any building or anywhere around the pool or pool area or playground area.
GARBAGE should be put in a sealed bag and placed at the curb for pickup everyday by 10:00 AM
POOL, SPA AND CLUBHOUSE RULES
No Life Guard on Duty
Hours 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM all guests.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS
No one under 18 years of age in the spa. No exceptions.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Bathing suits required--no cutoffs.
No glass containers, food, alcohol, smoking or pets in pool area. No horseplay.
Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Do not swim alone. No diving or running
INFORMATION
Restrooms, showers and laundry are open 24 hours a day.
Cancellation must be made seven days prior to your arrival to receive a refund or one night stay will be charged. Holiday weekend must have fourteen day notice or three days will be charged. $10.00 cancellation fee for all reservations. All rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
