The Ramada area is just on the other side of the Casita wall and has a seating area with recessed lighting, ceiling fans, Wall mounted electric color changing Fireplace, Ceiling heaters for those chilly nights, large wall mounted TV, SS Full size refrigerator with ice maker, SS Convection Microwave, SS Dishwasher and Sink. All window type openings have roll down shades and the large opening has a bar ledge. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and room to sit outside and enjoy the sun and or visit.
This unit is plumbed with a Water Softener throughout along with an R/O System for drinking water and Ice. This Resort lot is beautiful and has many unique features to make your stay comfortable, convenient and affordable. Lot is located close to the Activity Center which includes, Pool, Hot Tub, Bathrooms with Showers, Fitness Center, Library, Laundry Room and the main activity room where many activities and events take place.
We provide a Gate Remote for easy access to the Resort along with a Mailbox key. Curb side garbage service is provided daily except for Sundays.
We require a 6 month lease during peak season October through April and also offer Off Season and Yearly Rentals for a reduced price.
Non Refundable Cleaning fee of $200.00 is required due to the amenities and size.
